Reactive Property Maintenance has had a very good 2013 , our business has grown 28% last year, which follows 23% growth in 2012. This means that we carried out over 14,000 individual jobs in 2013 and we are becoming Dublin’s number 1 Property Maintenance Company for Property Management Companies , Estate Agents, Property Professionals , offices on other property users . January 2014 has been 40% busier than January 2013 , but some of this can be attributed to the recent bad weather. In the last month we have welcomed a new estate agent , a investment company and a multi premises business as new customers, all of which have come form referrals , so we must be doing something right in this complex customer focused world of property maintenance.
