Preventive Maintenance is it Worth it ?

80% of our commercial customers we provide property maintenance for in the Dublin and surrounding area, deal with property maintenance on a Reactive bases , IE something breaks,  they fix it ( except lifts and fire alarms). This can prove expensive some times,  so in a effort to reduce costs for one of our clients we carry out a once a month inspection of the property, along with a work list noted down by employees as they discover issues . This has proved a huge success and in a 4 month trial the client has reduced there property maintenance costs by  30%.
