It took Reactive Property Maintenance a full too weeks to repair all the storm damage caused over the Christmas period , we also had to hire additional staff to cope with the demand, this included multiple roofs been damaged , basements flooded , leaks into building that never leaked before. We even had to replace entire roofs that were blown off. Most of this was in the Dublin Area , but carried emergency repairs as far as Balbriggan and south as far as Greystones . Boilers were also a big issue and we attended to 14 boiler breakdowns and plumbing repairs. The only day we didn’t work was on Christmas day , but we did solve a couple of minor problem over the phone and went out on Stephens Day and carried out a repair. As normal Reactive Property Maintenance allowed the estate agents we work for time off to enjoy the holidays.
