Floods !!!!!

Now that we are having some  Summer weather (finally) , At Reactive Property Maintenance   we have resolved   three floods in the last week !!! , all of which have been in apartment blocks , one was from a broken door of a washing machine , this managed flood 4 apartments  , In another building we had a basement flooded with water from a roof water tank that decided to leak into and flood the basement car park and finally a water main burst and flooded a bin store and car park In all of the cases were the management companies were long standing customers, all of the Apartment buildings were in the Dublin area, we were able to respond  and had the floods clean up within hours.
