As of January 2015 , parts for Stuart Turner Pumps are no longer available, this means that instead of repairing these pumps , they are now going to have to be replaced . This has huge cost impactions for Property Maintenance. A negative head pump retails for €585 . So this means a replacement pump will cost somewhere between €730 to €900 depending on what additional plumbing work needs to be done. This is going increase property maintenance costs for landlords and home owners .
