The Spring and early Summer is the ideal time to carry out external Maintenance work on Property like , Painting , Roof Repairs and Roof Leaks . But the current weather is playing havoc with our schedules . We plan a repair on a ‘Tuesday’ the forecast looks good , only to be confronted by rain or showers on the day, which means we have to postpone that Maintenance work . Its Frustration for us at at Reactive , be we always get it done when there is a break in the weather. Its all part and part of the Property Maintenance business that we take in our stride.
