At Reactive Property Maintenance we are still working at 110% capacity to try to keep on top of the storm damage, buildings are experiencing leaks where they have never leaked before . Most of these new leaks are caused by wind driven rain, as the wind have been form the SE direction. Reactive Property Maintenance have been work all over the Dublin area  and have been dealing with the usual boiler faults and other maintenance work on top of the extra burden of roof leaks , other leaks.
