Our team can provide everything from upgrading storage heaters to eco-friendly panel heaters, gas boiler replacements, fault finding and servicing for gas & heat pump systems as well as a complete re-plumbing of your property.

Our carpentry team can wield a saw as good as our painters wield a brush.

Our carpentry services range from repairing a stud wall to building a new one. Certified in the art of handing wood, our team can provide more repairs than would be fun to list here but lets say from a laying a new floor to replacing a roof truss and all the bits in between.

We don’t need to tell you that a lick of paint is the cheapest way to completely transform a room, or building. Our in house painting and decorating team are available from a stain repair to an entire building repaint.

Not to be confused with our General Maintenance offering, our building maintenance focuses more on larger works from landscaping to gutter cleaning, communal area works, rubbish removal, yard work, PPM PIR testing etc.

Reactive Property Maintenance offer a value engineered mid-tenancy inspection service. Whilst we have a general checklist, we offer a clean, custom built presentable report capturing all of the details you would have if you were there yourself.  We take the sting out of contacting the tenant, arranging access, checking and photographing everything and then issue a completed report for onward inspection, all within a timely fashion.
